Dr. Hailey graduated from CSU in 1969. In 1972, he opened one of the first house-call practices in Denver. Since then he has owned and operated several small animal pratices in the Denver area. His focus now is on RedStone Animal Hospital, My Pet's Place at RedStone, and the Bark Park at RedStone, all located at the same facility. His area of interest is Minimally Invasive Surgery which induces less pain for the patient. Dr. Hailey travels around the country promoting Laparoscopic surgery and teaching it to other veterinarians.When Dr. Hailey is not helping his patients, his main loves are his wife, Judy, his three children and their spouses, his 9 grandchildren, his 2 Golden Retrievers, and his Harley Davidson. Joy joined the staff at My Pet's Place at RedStone in May, 2005 and is now Practice Manager at RedStone Animal Hospital and My Pet's Place at RedStone. Joy has always loved people and found that dealing with people and their pets in the many special circumstances that occur in a veterinary hospital or boarding situations is a very good fit for her. Joy works to improve the services available to you and credits an excellent staff with the wonderful care your pets receive.
Joy shares her life with her husband, Bob, a son and daughter and their families, two Norwegian Elkhounds named Shasta and Viking, and three cats, Magnus, Purrsia, and Shiraz. Jerry is the Kennel Supervisor and an ABKA Certified Pet Care Technician. Jerry joined My Pet’s Place in April 2007. He began as the Dog Park Ranger, upkeeping the landscaping and overseeing the security and safety of the dog park. In the past year he has joined the management team as the Kennel Supervisor and has brought new ideas to My Pet’s Place from several years of experience at a Maryland luxury pet resort. He is a member of the Vietnam Dog Handlers Association and resides with wife Dana and Airedale Terrier, Penny. David is a certified ABKA Kennel Technician and has worked at RedStone since July 2005. He is also in his second year of college at Metro State College. His motivation and passion goes towards his art which he has been pursuing for the majority of his life. He enjoys creating drawings and paintings for people and even offers pet portraits through My Pet's Place at RedStone. Outside of his schoolwork and interest in art, he loves his work environment , being around friendly dogs at work and taking care of them while they are boarding. Ashlie came on board the My Pet’s Place team in January 2008, bringing with her excellent pet care skills which she learned from experience in a California boarding facility.
