All runs have indoor/outdoor access for our doggy guests. This allows them to come in and out as they please rather than feel confined. This helps minimize the stress of boarding. We provide comfortable beds that get them off the floor. We supply a high quality easily digestible food, at no additional cost. We offer daily outdoor exercise time with either a staff member or a group of friendly dogs for your dog to play with. Please see our boarding policy page for detailed information.

Is your workday to long for your dog to be left alone? Do you like to come home to a calm and happy dog?

Daycare may be the answer for you and your best friend. You can drop your dog off at My Pet's Place for a day of fun and stimulation. If he's a social pooch, he can enjoy the comraderie of group playtime. If your dog isn't a group play candidate, he will still enjoy the atmosphere of other dogs around. It's fun for them to see, hear, and smell the other dogs and it's fun for them to interact with our staff during the day. Daycare dogs spend a good part of the day outside. They have a kennel of their own to relax, catch a nap, and enjoy treats if that's okay with Mom and Dad.
There is always time to add a bath and brush or nail trim if you wish.

Even 2 or 3 days of daycare each week can be a great enhancement to your pet's routine. He'll come home tired and happy. He will have enjoyed a great day and you can both have a great evening.

*Daycare dogs are required to have the same Vaccinations as boarding dogs prior to coming for daycare. If doing group playtime, there is an evaluation form that must be completed the first time.

Our private membership dog park is 1.5 acres of fenced fun. We offer a pond for splashing and cooling off. There are several kinds of climbing structures, wooden platforms and a rock mountain. There is a separately fenced area for small and timid dogs, who may not want to run with the big guys.

For the people who come with their dogs there is a shaded picnic area and a soda machine for refreshments.

To help keep our Dog Park tidy, there are numerous spots in the park to grab a "pick-up bag" and dispose of pet waste.

Lastly, so you don't have to put a dirty dog in your car, there is a paw wash station. Bring a towel if you'd like.

Our Dog Park is a work in progress, so if there are things you'd like to see there, please talk to the Park Ranger or another My Pet's Place staff member.

Bath and Brush - At your request, we'll have your pet looking, feeling and smelling his best when you return to pick him up from boarding. We use a HydroSurge bathing system and Hy-Lyt shampoo and conditioner. Charges for baths range from $10-$35 dollars depending on the size of your dog and the condition of his coat.

Furminating - A special brushing process that helps reduce shedding. $20 per hour.

Teeth Brushing (this is not a professional dental cleaning) - A finger brush is used with beef flavored toothpaste to refresh your pet's teeth along with a mouth rinse to freshen the breath. $5

What is agility? It's the most popular dog sport and growing in popularity every day! It is a fast paced, fun sport for you and your canine best friend to do together. Agility offers the mental and physical challenge that dogs love and strengthens the bond and trust between you and your dog. Any breed and size of dog can participate. It is a great confidence builder for timid dogs.Together, you and your dog can be a great team!

The agility field at the My Pet's Place Dog Park is the only one in the south metro area. There is a large separately fenced field with an entire course of obstacles and another smaller practice field with several additional pieces of equipment.

My Pet's Place offers classes for beginners in AGILITY TRAINING, as well as more advanced classes as you and your dog continue to progress in the sport. The agility field is also available for practice for anyone getting ready to compete in a trial.

The instructors currently teaching classes at My Pet's Place are:

Diane DuBose - Diane has owned and trained five Australian Sheperds in ability, obedience, rally, flyball and sheepherding. Her dogs hold many agility titles. Hunter is ofter her demonstration dog in class now.

Her now deceased deaf Aussie, Spirit, completed beginning agility classes and was featured on Animal Planet. Diane has helped many families train their deaf dogs and in 2000 founded the Denver Deaf Dog Group. The group now includes more than 100 families.

Diane believes safety and fun are of utmost importance in training dogs. If the dog isn't having fun its not open to learning. Having a dog who enjoys what it is doing is very fulfilling to the dog and gives them a sense of self worth and builds confidence. The time spent training also strenghthens the bond between owner and pet.

We offer one FREE day to try out our facility.

Membership allows you entry into and use of the dog park and agility field 7 days per week, sun up to sundown.The exception to this is when a special event is going on or a class is in progress. If there is a class, you may still use the agility practice area and the dog park.

If you are currently enrolled in an agility class at My Pet's Place, your membership will be half price.

To take advantage of the FREE day offer or to do daily drop-in, you must arrive during My Pet's Place business hours and check in at the front desk. M-F 7:00am-6:00pm, Sat. from 8:00am -Noon, and Sun. from 3:00pm-6:00pm.

All dogs entering the dog park must have proof of current Vaccinations (Rabies, distemper, bordetella) and fecal testing within the last year.
